School counselors play an essential role in supporting students, often managing caseloads of over 200 students. We deeply respect their contributions and do not seek to undermine their efforts. Instead, we aim to enhance the guidance students receive within the school. By offering additional support outside of regular school hours—such as after school, on weekends, and during school breaks—we provide personalized, one-on-one guidance tailored to each student's individual goals, timeline, and needs. Our primary focus is on reducing stress and maximizing outcomes for students.

For adult learners, any time is a good time, but the best time is at least one month prior to the start of the fall, spring or summer semesters. Aspiring graduate students should reach out at the end of their junior year of college.

Local colleges typically have excellent admissions counselors who are the best resource for walking students through their admission applications. We encourage students to take advantage of that direct support. However, if your student would like additional help, we offer a complimentary 20-30-minute consultation to review their ApplyTexas application before submission to these four local institutions. If they need help with scholarship applications, essays, or other related materials, hourly sessions are available for purchase.
